He made an appointment to get my airbag fixed because I had a recall on it and so I drove down there and they didn’t even have the part so I drove all the way down there dropped off my car left and they called me to tell me that they didn’t have the part so I wasted my gas driving all the way down there so if you really cared about your customer satisfaction you’d fill up my gas tank or give me an oil change.
