Since day one Mr. Aceves was rude when we arrived for the rental. It seemed to us he was in a hurry to leave and quickly asked for a signature. He did not review the document with us as he should’ve, very unprofessional. Same experience when we walked in to return the rental. Perhaps a little refresher course in Customer Service would help.
