So I thought I would cruise over to paint and body professional and get a quote on how much would cost to paint my f350 and the Ford professional couldn't give me any ball park estimate or reason to pursue having the work done there. This left me reconsidering where to get work done in the future.

Hi, I was very disappointed with the customer service provided to me. My initial phone call I thought I made an appointment with a gentleman that I didn’t catch his name. When I asked for his name he hung up on me. I called back and got Mark who proceeded to tell me that I had no appointment scheduled. So I made a second appointment. Lastly I showed up for my appointment In is he service department a their were 3 gentleman who saw me walk in and didn’t acknowledge my entrance. I proceeded to the parts area where I was told that I had just past the service desks. This is my first time getting service at this dealership and it will definitely be my last. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I can’t complain about Mark as he did his job and scheduled my service appointment. Thank you Mark for the service you provided.
