Javier was professional and excellent in communicating what needed to be done to my 2012 Ford Escape. He knew that my dad and I needed to drive back to the Bay Area, so he coordinated with Eric, the mechanic, and the parts department, so that they could work on my car in a timely manner. Eric double checked the safety of my vehicle to insure I’ll be alright driving back to the Bay Area with my dad. All in all, we were impressed with Javier and Eric, with their professionalism and friendliness, and communicating when the car was going to be done. Rafael also remembered us from the last time we got our oil changed.

He was very courteous. When I returned to pick up my vehicle. He wasn’t there but there was a young man to the right of the door. He was very nice and helped me out. Very well mannered.
