The initial portion if my service was fine. At 8:10, my car was moved from the service bay and parked in the parking lot. The repair person then placed my keys and paperwork on the counter and went about his business. That was no problem. For the next 20 minutes, the female working at the counter went back and forth looking at her computer screen to her cell phone. At 8:30, I finally approached the female and asked her if my car was done or was something being done to it. Her reply was "I don't know". Mike the manager then stepped in and took care of me. There was not that many people in the lobby. She needs to pay less attention to her cell phone. Other then that, everything else was fine.

Each one of these individuals was courteous and understanding of what I needed and turned what could've been a stressful day, into a breeze.
