I took my Fiesta in for maintenance and I was met with courtesy and the staff was able to get my car ready to go that same day. Normally, I stop by for an oil change, but additionally, I had to get my engine fan replaced. I got my car back the next day(I wasn't able to get a shuttle ride because of the cut off time). Javier has kept me up to date on the progress at necessary times. My 2014 Fiesta is running like new, and I hope it stays that way until the next maintenance.

Although the cost of the repair was pretty outrageous for a couple hours of work. It should have been covered under warranty due to it being the way it was originally wired. Other then that , Alan was pleasant and took care of the issue. Would be nice to have my extended warranty I purchased with truck actually be useful.
