Horrible customer Service from the front desk (Mark) all the way to The Mgr/Dir Dan. Car was there 3 days for a BATTERY. Left message for Dan (Mgr) expressing my concerns and never received a call back. Obviously staff has changed from when I faithfully brought my 2001 expedition there for service.
I will drive from Moreno Valley to Orange County before I EVER let you guys touch a vehicle of mine!

After replacing the speaker in my car it made a new rattling noise. When I brought my vehicle back the technician was trying to tell me that's how it always sounds. He then took it back and added some insulation and it stopped making the noise. The way I was made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about is what rubbed me the wrong way
