The work I'm sure is very good that your technicians performed but I've been a mechanic for 22 years and I have to save for an oil change and brakes inspection it shouldn't take over an hour and a half from what I've noticed was a lot of standing around and talking to one another not performing the work that should have been done at hand good luck and I hope this helps you thank you
