Javier was absolutely fabulous with the customer service he provided! My only complaint was the his manager never told me I was to be taken care of at the “quick service” area ‘ so I drove up to the Service Department in error, which may have delayed things for a few minutes & did add a little frustration to my day! Communication is so important and Javier kept me posted on everything! He was great!

The oil change was faster than quoted. However goodwill was ruined when i discovered my phone charger cord stuck in the door. The tip is now bent beyond use and cracked.

Asked for specs on oil levels and a noise on my car none of which were addressed , when I received my car back it was covered with finger prints from oil not only that the lack of communication between the customer and the service staff was horrible . Needless to say the service department needs work . I sadly will not be coming back and will drive to orange county for better service and staff.
At the end of the day your a business and represent a corporation and should provide the best possible service to any customer regardless of how small or big the task is , This is what brings customers back.

I was satisfied with both the work and service communication. Very pleased at how quickly everything was done. My only negative comment, and perhaps you don't provide this at your location, was that my truck wasn't washed. At other dealerships I have received a complementary wash of my vehicle. With over $3,100 spent I sort of expected to pick up a washed truck...but I didn't.
