I was very concerned with being overchargered because of an online/text message request for payment 1200 dollars above the original quoted amount. This was easily explained and corrected by Steve. I also experienced “sticker shock” with a 140 per item diagnostic fee although this was covered by my extended warranty. I chose Raceway because of a friend who worked there an because I had recall items I needed to be fixed. Steve did well, no issues with him. If I need to use a Ford dealer for a repair or recall I’ll go back, but reluctantly and with caution.

Javier was awesome. From the initial greeting to the return of the vehicle. He was extremely polite. When I brought my Raptor in for a simple annual service, I asked to see if I could get replacement tires if they were available. Javier located tires in Redlands and got them picked up and installed in under three hours while the annual service was also being completed! Excellent job! Also, he got a price lower than the price I got at my go-to local tire shop. Thanks!
