I could have been in the loop more as far as my truck being looked at information was very vague and knowledge of my truck being there only seemed to be with one person better communication among counter parts and customers i believe is the key i do thank you guys at the end for trying to make it right and shuttling me over to get my truck but i believe it could have all been alot easier and smoother if the communication was better
