Javier is a prime example of exceptional customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and approchable. I will definitely be returning to service my ford here.

Took my 2018 F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Asked Stephen Hollander to please take care of a recall as well. Sure no problem. Please take care of my truck please don't scratch my truck. He says awe c'mon. My wife tells me I don't like him he looks sloppy. Leave my truck for about 7 hours...no big deal. Go to pick it up and there are three NEW scratches on the driver side door. While my wife and I are looking at them Stephen comes out all oh what's wrong. No that didn't happen here. Goes to get somebody to buff it. Comes back out with a picture of a tire and tries to convince me it has a REFLECTION OF MY TRUCK DOOR WITH SCRATCHES!?! That it was already there. He continues to go back and forth with me. Goes inside while they pretend to buff it. Like that's going to do anything. Comes out because he sees me talking to the tech and says okay I'll fix it but you have to leave it with me because that's the kind of guy I am. All shaky and shady like. Plus he already knew I couldn't leave the truck for a few days because I ALREADY TOLD HIM I AM VISITING FROM TEXAS AND DON'T HAVE THE TIME. I tell him I want to talk to his manager and he goes inside to get him. But he came back out with some b.s. excuse and a business card for some random employee claiming it was his Managers card. Had to call the store myself and ask for the service manager....who hasn't called back of course. Very unprofessional and poor service. I don't recommend anyone this Ford location and will never do any business with this dealership again.

I was sent continue amount of mailers to come in and have my airbags fixed free when I went to the dealership I waited you service representative came back and told me they couldn't do anything for me but if I paid $650 I could buy one airbag your company gets paid for service charge I don't my time is worth something after all I only have 11 other trucks if I treated my customers that way I wouldn't be in business long so in answer to your question hell no I wasn't satisfied with what you call service
