i was told I was going to get my replacement tired Saturday and it would get delivered between 8-11am. I show up at 1 pm just to find out the tire won’t be there until Monday. Mean while I’ve had to drive with the spare tire on my car from one side of Moreno Valley to the OTHER side. Not only was my gas wasted but so was my time. Every time I come here for services it seems like nothing can be done correctly.

Mechanics left a substantial amount of grease/ dirt build up on my fenders near the hood... perhaps dirty clothes and or hands while working but didn’t bother to wipe it down. That was the only negative I had leaving the shop.

The only issue I have with the process is that in many repair shops, if a customer is charged for a diagnostic fee, the fee is usually zeroed-out if the needed repairs are performed. That was not the case at your facility.
I did receive an AAA discount I was not aware of when I brought up the cost of the repair to Alan. I think that he is a fine Service Writer and performed admirably! Thanks for the opportunity to give my feelings. Jim Melanson

The service from Alan was good, but my dissatisfaction is with Ford on this issue. Many other cars have had the same problem and there was a recall on this problem for Ford Fusions built after September of 2020, when mine was built in June. I would expect a company like Ford to include all of the cars that have this issue in the recall. I am paying this to get my car, however I'd like to put in a dispute to receive my money back. Thank you
