I went in to have my gear shift fixed. I was stuck in "parhaveI was unable to drive. I pick up my truck after spending over $600 fo repairs. I was able to shift into drive and leave. I drive home, stop at my mailbox and as I attempt to shift into drive, I struggled to shift from park to continue home....I have to same problem I waited 24 hours and paid to get fixed. Now I'm without my truck for at least another 48 hours. I took a day off work to get my truck fixed and had my vehicle towed to Raceway Ford for service. Now I'm worse than I started....Frustrated!!!!!!

Service and customer support was good however good was not latched properly so as I drove away on freeway the hood raised up and dash light came on so I had to pull over and press down on hood.
