Only covering 4 days for a rental when my car had to be there 15 days for a transmission replacement (the second time as well) was not appreciated. I had a rental from Ford for the entire time we had to wait for the first transmission replacement (over three weeks). I had to spend about $440 out of my own pocket as a result. Hoping the letter I'm sending to Ford Customer Service helps get that cost reimbursed.
