I brought my car in to take care of multiple recalls. The car spent two days in the shop. When I picked up the car broke down. It left me stranded and I had to tow it back into raceway to have them check it out. I was specific with raceway when I called to let me know if the car broke down due to something related to the recalls. Again the car was in the shop for several days. When I finally get a call back they say it isn’t related to the recall and they proceed to give me a quote to repair. All I needed to know was if the car not starting was a result of something they did earlier in the week during the recalls. The advisor then tells me that it will be $140 for diagnosis. Something that I was never made aware of. I will be filing a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair.
