When we spoke with Javier he said 1/2 - 2 hours. Tires took 2 1/2 hours. We did not have an appointment because he said just come on in. We told him we had another appointment that day, and had to go to the counter to remind him we needed to leave.
It makes one wonder if the job was rushed, were the tires put on safely. Other folks came in after being told a certain wait time, but when they arrived it was much longer. They walked out. Many folks were turned away because of a 4 -5 hour wait. this is not good business practice. You need more service people and bays. The wait is rude.
Additionally, Jessica cannot, by law, address men as DEAR. HR needs to conduct sensitivity training.
No need to respond. You cannot give us our time back.

Mark was great. He took care of my service needs and set up another appointment for me to complete the process. Kept me posted on how long the service would take, and then before I left took me to my car and walked through what had been done, and made sure I was satisfied. I definitely want Mark to remain as my service rep. No complaints at all.
