I used to have my car serviced at Redlands Ford. I had a horrible experience with a service advisor and chose to no longer use them.
I called the service department at Raceway Ford and there was no putting me off and trying to get me to bring my car in when it was not convenient for me.
The minute that Doug Hall answered my call I knew I was going to the right place!
They took care of my known, and unknown recall issues in a very expeditious manner.
Today, 5 days later I brought my car back in and Doug and the mechanics spent a great amount of time trying to figure out just what was going on with my car. As soon as the issue was identified they did the required repairs and I was on my way...very happy

Mike is a very kind, caring, compassionate, and motivated individual. He will go out of his way to make things right if the need arises.
I had a situation where one of the workers washed my vehicle but not completely where he used a wash cloth and wiped some of the dirt from the bottom of the truck and proceeded to wipe down the doors. Talk about swirl marks everywhere. I take pride in my truck and it is almost paid off, I am not a happy customer but Mike came through and tried to take care of me. They cleaned my truck but it’s just surface touch. I think the truck needs more work on the paint. However, Mike is the man to deal with and perfect individual to take the lead at the shop. I will come back so long as Mike stays around. Javier is also a great individual and very professional.

Thomas is an excellent communicator. I just stopped to either fix Driver's Brake Light and/or get an Oil Change. I was able to get both done in the estimated timeframe. Plus, needed Engine & Cabin Filters replaced.
