Stephen has been a pleasure to work with, he kept me informed on the status of my truck, but this latest visit I am disappointed, I have an issue with the driveside rear passenger door electric window not going up all the way, I showed it to Stephen, apparently the tech who worked on my truck said that the visor that was mounted at the top of the window inside the channel was causing my problem. Well I brought my truck home, I worked on the problem myself and was able to get the window back on track and now works fine. I don’t believe any tech worked on finishing that problem. I believe that person just rolled the window down and the up and that’s it. I’m just not happy with the fact that I brought my truck in for a problem and it wasn’t addressed, I had to figure it out myself. Also, I have the service agreement on my F250 super duty truck (diesel) every time I have take it in to Quicklane for oil changes, they always forget to fill the DEF tank, even after I reminded at the beginning to please don’t forget to fill the DEF tank, disappointing!! This time I go to Raceway Ford for warranty and service, I informed Stephen and the service contract and the DEF issues I have had at Quicklane and asked him to please don’t forget to fill the DEF tank. Well when I picked up my truck today, the DEF tank was not filled. Stephen quickly fixed the problem. I just don’t understand how or why the DEF tank seems to get missed during service.
