James Moore is always looking to make money, instead of looking for ways to serve the customer. He has an unenthusiastic demeanor and disinterested aura. Every time I leave raceway ford I always ask myself why did I come back. My appointment was mis scheduled, and when I showed up at the time I told them they told me it was a week prior. When I asked why I wasn’t contacted at least as a courtesy our a reminder, Jim Moore verbatim told me “yeah we don’t have that kind of customer service here, it’s bad” I was completely shocked.
