I did not have the best experience with the customer service. I kept calling Craig to know the status of my car first, he would not answer then I will leave messages and he would never return my phone call. I hope I don’t have to go back to that dealer.

As always I got great service and the staff is always nice and courteous. Your prices seem to be going up and up and I understand with the cost of inflation. I will try to keep coming there and getting my cars all service but if it gets too expensive I may have to go elsewhere

Old days if you spent over $300.00 bucks for a service you would yet a clean car back. Now they don't even clean the windows. One more thing if you have an opoitment the service should start at that time. Not 45 minutes after the opoitment.
