I did not receive an update, I had to call to see what was going on. When I called I was told the car was ready, I am not sure how long the car was ready. I was late picking up my daughter from school.

This comment is not about the service writer. He was excellent. This is about how Quick Lane handles appointments. if I make an appointment, and am committed to being there on time, I would appreciateI quicker service. I sat there for an hour before my vehicle was even taken back to start service. There are much quicker ways to get my vehicle serviced elsewhere. Please find a way to honor appointment times. Otherwise, what’s the point?

Excellent Service on this Saturday Batteries were replaced quickly. I do have message for Bill Ford My 2006 Ford has had problem after problem and has coast me a lot of unexpected money. I would like to purchase a new truck but after spending all this money on this 2006, I can not afford a new 2026 Ford F-350 for $80.000. Dollars or more. I should receive some type of compensation. Also it I has been terrible that my Grandfather and uncle Elbert Johnson worked for Ford on the assembly line in which I have been loyal to Ford Motor Company. My Mother and Grandmother also purchased two identical 1967 Mustangs at the same time. This will prove Our Ford Loyalty. Again this truck as cost me way more that what the truck is worth Including the 6.0 International engine issues.

Had my vehicle almost a month took 5 days to diagnose the problem of a of a oil feed tube was told by Chris would take two weeks to order part end of that week was told they had part but couldn’t install till following week as the mechanic was off for a few days personal business you only have 1 mechanic? So following week was told that both my turbochargers were bad cause my vehicle was still smoking Chris said mechanic couldn’t explain why both were bad at same time the left turbo charger was replaced 2 1/2 years ago do they go bad that quick gave me a price of around 4300 so was my oil tube not bad? Throw that part and labor on top of 4300 now I’m at around 5200 and somewhere in the diagnosing my purge valve was bad so I feel like let’s keep replacing parts till the check engine light and the smoking stop!! I was even getting charged core charges for the turbo boosters until I told Chris that’s a charge I shouldn’t be paying it seems like was having to question every thing and charge because it seemed as Chris had no knowledge of the circumstances then to top off my truck is done and I request to have it delivered was told by Chris total was5141.07 gave him my credit card number done deal truck delivered receipt total 5295.30 with a 154.23 credit card surcharge which was not disclosed when I payed over phone I am disputeing that surcharge with my company from the time I purchased the truck bad turbo cracked engine block over 2 years.ago in the shop almost 3 months I am very unhappy with your treatment of a customer
