Dissatisfied with how service was conducted. My vehicle spent about a week at the service center and to no avail was there any remedy for the reported issue. The apparent lack of information regarding diagnostics was unacceptable when asking questions about what was accomplished. When the assigned service advisor wasn’t available, other service advisor team members would NOT discuss anything related to my vehicle diagnostics. This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered regarding a vehicle service center. When I take my vehicle to a dealer I expect them to know their product and do it well. My experience was the exact opposite.
