Alan Leon was very helpful in the repair of my wife's Tbird. I have been looking for a service department since I left Fritts ford. Fritts ford had been very careless in the care of my autos. Three times they scratched my vehicles and had to repain them. The service manager told me he could not do better to assure that they wouldn't get scratched and he told me that maybe I should go somewhere else. So I did. I told Alan about my experience and HE made sure my car was safe. Alan was very informative and my was was repaired. We were very happy.

The service was good! The problem I have is that I had a tire issue. It was covered, but the tire hsd to be ordered. I spent 3 hrs Saturday, which I'm ok with, I had no appointment, but when I called to make sure that the tire was there, it was ya its here come on in & we'll get you in & out! In & out is not 1:45 later!! For a 15 minute, come back job to mount 1 new tire, that I had an issue with!

This the 2 time I have had my oil change at this facility and both times the Technicians forgot to refill the DEF tank!! I had to remind them myself after I was told the job was completed and my keys were returned to me and entered the truck to return home and check the DEF gauge!! The problem was promptly addressed. The maintenance contract I purchased includes this service, the Technicians just need to be more informed or pay more attention to what their doing so things don’t go over looked!! Thanks!!
