The experience was good until I informed the finance team I had my own finance.Then it went to not so well. It seamed that they went out of their way to not be helpful.I was told it would be a lot easier if i went with ford finance. And all of a sudden me getting the purchase order was a difficult task.But it is done now. Will I return to purchase another car or truck, maybe not.

I had to replace a virtually brand new tire due to a cut in the sidewall. After waiting two hours, my car was returned to me dirty and with damage to my tire rim. I bought my car at your dealership and I’m in shock that you treat customer’s cars this poorly. I hand-washed my car Saturday afternoon after receiving it back from your service department dirty on Saturday. The rim was clean and unharmed when I took it in today and now there is a chunk out of it and it’s fifly! In all my years of going to various dealership service centers, I’ve never had a car returned dirty or damaged. This is very disappointing.
