Although I had an 8am appt tday, car not pulled onto rack till 0830. Car was ready 4 Chkout by 1015, took another 10mins to pay for bill b/c of some new comp sys guy was having a hard time with. I think for an oil chg and tire rotation 2hrs is too long with an appt as a waiter. If I didn’t have a coupon that raceway sent me, I prb would not of gone. As a footnote, mike and staff were very friendly cordial and professional.

Seems I have to prove a point every time I go here. Closest Ford or would go to another. Last five trucks I've owned have been Ford's, thinking about changing companies. Will ask around as I travel all over inland Empire. Seems like it is about covering your **** when I deal with service. 1-5 stars would be a 2. Looked at your lot today and looks like all you have is stx models. I guess if you have to rely on ford discounts something is not right. Safety issues should not be questioned, a law suit can kill a business. Have to go back on Wednesday for another safety issue, we will see how they handle that. Not excpecting any kind of sense of urgency.
