Mike McFarland was very nice, very helpful, very professional, and very friendly. He made my experience at RaceWay absolutely amazing. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and took care of me right away. He had no issue looking up my warranty for me since I had no idea which I had one. You need to hire more mechanics. No one should have to wait 4 hours for an oil change and alignment!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!! The work is grate!!! But you should change your name to SLOW LANE instead of Quick Lane!!! The wait time is pathetic!!!
