I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service while picking up my vehicle and paying over $500 for service. The gentleman didn’t even go over my bill, didn’t go over what was found wrong while performing the “Total Works” oil change. I had to ask him what the parts, labor and how my tires looked. This is not the first time I brought in my vehicle for service but maybe my last. I expect someone to go over my bill and not treat my like I’m asking to much. Then the manager called because he heard I had some questions about my bill and I explained to him my frustration and he just made excuses for the poor customer service I received. I didn’t leave a happy customer, only having to read over all my papers at home to understand what was done to my vehicle and what the life of tires, battery etc look like. That information should have been explained to me especially when I was the only person the gentleman was checking out.
