front brake job on 2007 ford f-150 not completed when promised. Adviser stated Techs were pulled for other jobs at dealer. Tech provided advisor incorrect information regarding resurface of rotors which led to additional delay in completing job. Quick lane mgr needs to be more hands on in making sure jobs are done in a timely manner and that if you only have one brake tech on duty that information needs to be relayed to customer at the begining.

I was called by service rep, twice, truck was ready. Upon my pick up service paper work said tires were check, but car computer show opposite, car was then back into service to fix. Service rep said car would have quick was, and it did not. I originally wentg to Fritts for first service, I'm thinking I will try t hem again
