It took way longer than it should have, but the service was fine.

The last time I was there I was told I would need Brakes on my next visit. I came prepared to get brakes. I walked to the Show Room while my car was being serviced. ( I told the attendant where I would be). When I came back, my car was ready. I was surprised it was ready so soon. I was told brakes would be checked and tires rotated plus oil/ filter change. The technician walked out and gave paperwork to Rep. I did hear him mention “ lug nuts”. I ask the Rep. if my brakes were ok and he said yes. It was recommended I get the transmission serviced and filter. And I needed to replace lugnuts . At NO TIME was I told my transmission was leaking nor my tires were not rotated. I noticed as I walked to my car that the tires had not been rotated. I didn’t want to make a scene so I left. But,I called back to tell them that tired were not rotated. Then I realized, how could they check my brakes if tires were not rotated. The person who spoke with me said tires were not rotated due to lug nut problems. If I had been told about this I would have had the problem fixed right then. They DID NOT TELL ME MY TRANSMISSION WAS LEAKING. I found out by reading my paperwork. I purchased a Three year Warranty and would have had this problem corrected then. The gentleman at the counter, Vincent, is not at fault as he wasn’t informed either. Very disappointed in this service. My daughter is an employee at Raceway Ford and I purchased my car there. ( I love my Escape) . I feel this problem should be corrected by Raceway Ford st their expense. Betty G

The service was not done in a timely manner. Drop the car off Thursday and told it would be done that day. Then received a call saying it would be done Friday. When it wasn’t done on Friday I received another call saying it would be done Saturday at 10 am. By 1pm Saturday I still had not received a phone call about my car so I had to call the service apart to see when my car would be completed and was told it wouldn’t be until Monday. After I spoke to the service manager and complained I was told my car would then be done by 3:30.

I don’t understand why you wouldn’t replace the 130,000mile strut bearings when you replaced my struts now the reason I came in the 1st place???

Made an appointment for 10:00, my car was not taken back for service until 11:30. Cars that were dropped off after mine were taken back before mine.

Thomas was great in sending me an email asking me if I had any concerns or questions regarding my vehicle. Also after my vehicle was completed; I noticed my vehicle was parked backed end; this way I could pull out without having to back out. I thought that was a very nice extra service. Thank you Thomas
