One week ago my car set off an alert that reads; Door latch fault service
we are scheduling a visit with Mike McFarland. He advised me to get in as soon as possible. on my way to work I had a flat right tire. This happened on my way to work right in front of your dealership. I pulled in and went to Service told me that if I didn’t have an appointment at least a week out that’s how long I was looking at to get help with anything we can’t schedule a flat tire on my way to work and shoulders. I left to see Mike McFarland in 24 hours had me resolved and provided transportation for all! Delivery my car get a 10 plus!! Great job Mike!
