Had to go back because a shield was left loose and was rubbing on the ground. Additionally I got the car smog tested today and the tech brought me back to show me a nest of nuts in the engine compartment. This was either missed by your guys or they just failed to bring it to my attention.

I know I didn’t pay for the extra service on my car. My car was working fine until the tech came and did the recall on it now my navigation system voice doesn’t work. It had been working fine until that recall was done. I remember when I got the notice after the trial period was up that I would have to pay to keep the service and pay monthly. I did not purchase it. I believe the last recall done is the reason I am having a problem with the navigation voice system

I was shocked I pulled up in the gate was still closed. I was the first one online and then somehow other people got in front of me at the front door and it’s a counter and I was like the fourth vehicle to be worked on.
I got surprised that you guys took reservations in the past. It was always whoever was in line 1st. It was strange fortunately I didn’t have anything planned for the day and they got me out by 11 o’clock probably closer to 1030.
