I came in to have my extended warranty fix a chip in my windshield. He said it wasn’t covered, and I called the insurance provider and they said it wasn’t covered covered. Not very helpful

This comment is not about the service writer. He was excellent. This is about how Quick Lane handles appointments. if I make an appointment, and am committed to being there on time, I would appreciateI quicker service. I sat there for an hour before my vehicle was even taken back to start service. There are much quicker ways to get my vehicle serviced elsewhere. Please find a way to honor appointment times. Otherwise, what’s the point?
