Just time wasting for me after an appointment I wait 1:30 hours and still they even don’t look at my car i feel better to leave from there

I was not happy that I had an appointment April 6th at 8am to drop my Csr off for a recall service I checked in before 8am and my Car was not serviced for the whole day, Kris **** after finding out what had happened called me to apologize and that my Car would be the first Car to be serviced the and it was done and delivered to my home, I was very Thankful for Kris taking care of the Problem ????????????????
