I feel as Thomas could’ve done a better job from the beginning from the moment where he presented me and insisted that getting my recall at Raceway was a good idea up until the failure of the project wasn’t working out. To letting me leave with an unstable car and obviously seeing I was upset and having no sympathy to even texting me after leaving, saying that it was better to just pick up the car. even though he offered me an oil change and to fill up my tank that didn’t feel like a genuinely concerned it felt more like a trying to clean up for how he treated the situation. Not sure of his position but as some one who works in customer service the customer care that was giving to me was over whelming and stressful.mind you I had to go extra miles to have gotten a loaner like asking for one and for updates. I do appreciate that at the end he finally did cooperate. My intention wasn’t to get him in any trouble when I called ford support, but to document everything that was going on because it was a serious situation to me that was mishandled . I know that things happen. It’s just the way that he handled the situation. I feel like he could’ve done way better because I sat at the raceway for about five hours maybe more. patiently probably got up to ask about my car twice one of the times was called antsy when I was in fact patient the whole time and I did have to reach out about my car after he had told me he would keep me updated on it. I think Thomas is a very nice guy from what it seems like in the beginning, but I do think he needs to work on his role at raceway. I’ve gone to get maintenance on my bronco at ford dealership since I’ve purchased it and I’ve always gotten the best hospitality from just letting me know it’s almost done to water coffee snacks and just a general feeling of the customer support. So over all very unsatisfied with my experience at raceway but I do thank the team for getting my car back to me yesterday just would of appreciated to have been treated better after that unexpected inconvenient occurred

I was disappointed with the customer service provided by the service writer. His tone and manner of speaking came across as condescending, and I felt as though I was being talked down to rather than helped. I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect.
I had to call Javier at the Quick Lane to address my concerns. He had to call the service writer to explain my contract. I shouldn'thave to call another department to get help. It should be handled with the service department. It's endless to say I will not be returning to the service department again. I will only go over to the Quick Lube
