I took my car in for a battery replacement because it had a recall. I was given a rental car for this time. I was without my car for 3 weeks. When I got the car back, I drove it for about 40 miles. I got the car back on a Friday and the following Monday the car starting giving me problems and I believe it was something caused by the mechanics/technicians working on my car at Ford. My car was perfect. It was driving without any issues and over a weekend it started having problems. Then, I was without a car for another 2 weeks. I couldn't go to work because I had no transportation. I'm very dissatisfied with the work and money I had to pay after what I'm sure, happened at Ford. Like I said my car was driving and working perfectly until the battery was replaced by Ford mechanics/technicians. I will be completely satisfied if I get a full refund on this repair.

It should not have taken 2 full weeks for my car to be repaired. The part that needed to be replaced only needed a few bolts to take it off and on. That’s ridiculous. We were only offered a loaner car 3 days before pick up but you had my car for FOURTEEN days!!! We should have been provided a loaner on Day 1. If you don’t have the staff to work on cars, you shouldn’t book appointments. If we would have known there would have been such a delay we would have gone somewhere else. We have a large family and are dependent on a large SUV to get our kids to all their activities. This significantly impacted our ability to care for our children.
