Javier Fernandez and team did a greatvjob. Was not happy about the new bullsht 3% charge to use a credit card. Will have to look into finding a different service cente. Who was the dumb a that came up this idea.

I just want to give a shout out to Raceway Ford in Riverside, California, for handling a cell failure in my battery pack in my 2023 Pro SR at 64K miles. These guys take EVs seriously. In particular, my service advisor - Craig - was pro-active in keeping me informed and addressing my rental car costs when a part delivery screw-up delayed the repair work.
