My 2014 Raptor was brought in for annual service on 8/10/2018. I noticed on 9/11/2018 that I had an oil leak... brought truck in on 9/14/2018, Staff quickly verified that I needed a new oil drain plug/gasket and replaced both at no charge, I was out of the shop in less than an hour... excellent service....
