The car i bought 16 hours before had such a bad leak that the motor was completely out of oil! It was wrote up as if nothing happened and blamed on a leaking oil filter. (More like oil filter wawas never put on tight because it does spontaneously develop a pin hole.) The point is Ford need to take ownership of nearly blowing the motor due to faulty service. The car was being driven with next to 0 oil in it! This may have caused damage to the motor.

I as scheduled for a 1 pm appointment, arrived at 12;40 and checked in. My truck sat until 2:15 when I was told they did not have time to preform the service. A rear break job on a 2018 F150. I have 38k and the rear brakes are warm out. Frustrating

The guys in the office were great. The techs in the back however should be fired. They pulled my car into there work space And began to rev my engine and bounce it off the rev limiter just to hear my blow off valve. This was right has they pulled it in, there was no need for this the was just getting an oil change

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Only downfall was they didn't apply the $39.99 online coupon to The Works oil change I requested.
Other than the consistent trouble I have with Ford losing my appointments, the cuatomer service is excellent. Jim was polite and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. I picked it up clean and repaired. Thank you
