I noticed that time for servicing cars has gone up. Years ago, no matter what the problem, your car was usually fixed and ready to go same day if you brought it in early enough. Now, no matter what the problem, you can count on your car being at the dealership for at least 2 or 3 days. Other than for that, the service is fine.

A couple of weeks ago I had my f250 serviced a oil change and tire rotation and it took over 2 hours and they recommended a coolant flush. So yesterday I called and spoke to Javier to see when was a good time to have that service done and said go ahead and bring it down today at 1pm so I did and truck sat out in the parking over a hour before it was even brought back in the garage and it took over 2 1/2 hours before it was done. Unbelievable that it took that long just for a coolant flush after I had made a appointment.

Javier did an excellent job. The technician however overfilled the oil and I had to return to have some drained out the following day. Javier had the issue corrected immediately.
