Javier is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was having a hard time with the bad news about my vehicle but he was able to explain everything so well and he went above and beyond to make it affordable. As a single parent who works for the public school system not being paid for two months the way he helped me was a blessing literally. This employee is a winner for sure. I’m so glad I purchase my car at Raceway and that I decided to come all the way from Rancho for the repairs .

This cause a great inconvenience as I had to coordinate rides to drop off my car and then to go pick it up. All for something that was recalled due to Fords oversight.
