I bought 3 Honda's From West Hills Honda I still have all 3 I took my hunter ridge line in for a tire repair I was told that the tire was unfixable now this tire still had at least another 30000 miles on it I was told I'd have to replace it with a new tire I didn't have the money at the time so I went to get another opinion they were able to fix my tire didn't charge me for the repair and took row good care of me I'm very disappointed and West Hills John a serviced apartment as going back and checking on a slip that they filled out telling me that my filters were badd and that I needed new when show wiper blades I had just less than a month ago put new 6 month lasting wiper blades on my truck and every place to filters at the oil change less than 500 miles before that I feel like I Was being fibbed to after looking at that that's why I went to another place to get a second opinion I'm due to replace my 2005 under and because of the service there I will not go back to West heels Honda thank you

Service completed in a very timely manner. I saw my car come out and be parked in front of service area. After 30 minutes I went to the service area to ask if it was completed. I waited for another 10 minutes at the service desk to ask if my car was ready. I realize it was a busy day but to wait over half an hour after my car was done is pretty long. Employees all friendly just took way too long to get things wrapped up.
