Mr Wortham was excellent and professional. My issue is with the scheduling process that puts the service writer into a defensive position regarding what is to be done during the appointment. I specifically asked for my wheels to be repaired at this time. The person who took my call should have had the ability to either schedule that or been able to forward the request to someone who could make the appointment. This is the second time I’ve been told upon arrival that there might not be enough time left in the day to do the work. Fortunately, Mr Wortham was able to make it happen- he should not have been in that position in the first place.
