Miscommunication on my part as well as Jasmine's part was unfortunate. Clarity on all parties part is needed and no assumptions should be made. I ordered parts so they would be available and I expected the the service tech to test the locking system before and after the repair and ensure the locking system worked. There was an assumption I had diagnosed the problem but I had not, l only got the most likely parts that may have failed, ordered. I could not know the wires were bad.
