I had asked for an estimate of my problem and they told me it would be $350, when I got to Honda to get my car the bill was for over $500 dollars. This caused a hardship for me financially. I tried to apply for your payment plan and it rejected me and I wasn't able to get a reason for my rejection. I was not very pleased. You've always been very good to do business with in the past.

When I came in, the male service reps acknowledged me and knew I was in first and was waiting to be served. They then allowed three people to assert themselves ahead of me. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated and unimpressed by the time Jasmine came in and offered to help me. She immediately set about calming me in a friendly and professional manner after I expressed my frustration. She went above and beyond to take care of my needs and redeemed what could have been a poor situation and review.
