The service manager was very helpful and tried hard to resolve mistakes made by the scheduling coordinator, including not ordering the part needed for the service appt, which was scheduled specifically to allow time for the part to arrive unfortunately, I will again have to come to Bremerton, a 3-hour round trip drive and a missed day of work, once the part arrives to have the re-scheduled repair made.
