Cameron did a great job handling the service desk by himself. He was professional and handled each customer's needs, even with 6 people waiting for service on a Sunday afternoon. Each time I've brought my new CRV in for routine service has been a pleasure.

Representative said they would text us when service was completed, (we were never notified and had to drive into the dealership to ascertain status of service). Then, part of the service was not even initiated and we had to wait longer while they acted on this. We could have been called or text requesting this info from us, but again, no communication. Finally, as an aside, both when we initially arrived for service, no one was on site (said he was “in the bathroom” while we waited. When we came back hours later to pick up the repair, again there was no one present in service area. Again we were told that “I was in the bathroom”. Interesting coincidence...

The perma plate was either not applied at all or applied over a dirty car with splattered bugs and dirt on it. Service department said that’s how it’s suppose to be. The inside dash was covered in dust. They said that’s how it’s supposed to be and they don’t even know what it does, and that we should talk to finance.

Once the service advisor knew that we were not going to have the brakes done at Westbills Honda his whole attitude changed and not for the better. Up until this ti.e I have been very satisfied with the service that we received at the dealer. Makes you wonder if we need to change.

I came to have a power steering fluid flush because the fluid looks black but when i came home i checked the fluid and still looks the same. I called but i never received a call back. I always go there for service but i am completely unsatisfied with the service.
