It took 3.5 hours to balance, mount and align 4 tires. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 2 hours which would be longer than other places take. But okay. The service rep told me 2.5 hours at checkin and when it was done 3.5 hours later he apologized but... I lost 1.5 hours and had to rearrange some important meetings!

I guess I really didn't understand what was done. I thought it was a special hard finish on all the paint. But I went back in to office and one of the guys showed me and then I knew. So thank you for the plastic film protection at the front and all doors.
