I was not contacted when my vehicle was complete I sent a text and there was no response. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes and then the person I finally spoke to ( I think it was the service manager) couldn’t give me an answer and said he would check as soon as he finished what he was doing then call me back. A half an hour later he hadn’t called, this was at 4pm and I was told it would be done around 2 pm. Finally I called again and after 10 minutes a service technician was able to tell me it was ready for pickup. The dissatisfaction comes from the lack of informing me and the hassle I had to go through in order to receive the simplest information.

I am disappointed that it took this long for the service department to find these problems with my vehicle. I am also disappointed these issues were not brought to my attention when I bought it. Alternatively, I have to have another repair done that requires me to pay for a second alignment to my car despite the fact that I just paid for one not too long ago. Why was I not told about the issue with my compliance bushings during my last service while I was getting an alignment? I wasted $80 cod an alignment that will have to be done over again. This is not Autsin’s fault though.

The final bill was a little confusing. One filter was $59.99 while the other was quoted online at $39.99. However the $39.99 was a little bit which Mr. Jim explained and that is understandable. However with the Costco coupon it looked as though I had paid just the same without the coupon. I could be wrong though. Jim was great and didn't oversell nor try to rush it. The service was done very quickly and any future service was explained.

I was a bit disappointed that it would take so long to diagnose a automatic highbeams problem that I could not get it done and will have to take it back. I was not told to beforehand that it would take that long. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

I went to the service department last week without my car to ask questions about my extended warranty. I had a bubble in the sidewall of a tire after I got a nail In it. Don’t know who I talked to then but he clearly didn’t want to be bothered with me. I took my car in today and I was told they found no bubble in the sidewall. I’m hoping the tire is safe.
