I called earlier in the week and talked to someone about replacing a seatbelt buckle on an acura under warranty. They told me as long as it was part of the seatbelt system it should be covered. I made an appointment to have it replaced at that time. When I brought it in this morning you said it wouldn't be covered because its an acura not a Honda. Why did you tell me on the phone to bring my Acura in? Then I started to inquire about you replacing it. The switch in the buckle is bad it doesn't make contact causing the SRS light to come on. I told you guys that. Also I told you that when I jumpered the switch it works fine removing the switch in the buckle out of the circuit. Your rep tried to tell me it could be something other than the switch and insiniating you were going to troubleshoot and try and charge me for things I did not need. It seems that he either doesn't know how electronics work or you were trying to rip me off. Either way it was a total waste of my time. The only thing I got out of this experience is that if that is the knowledge level of your reps or the way you try and take advantage of customers I can't trust you guys to do anything with any of my vehicles any more.

I find it very tacky and unprofessional to have someone in sales tell me they need all 5’s and anything below a 5 is considered failing. If you must tell clients that - and don’t earn a score of 5 on your own...then maybe your service and skills should be improved or you should find a different job.
In general however, the corporate flyer/letter for the warranty work said it would be done in 30 minutes. The scheduler / appointment setter lady said it would take 3 hours. The mechanics/service department got me out in an hour. Why the huge discrepancies? Who was totally wrong and needs to relearn their job or who was the amazing superstar that shouldn’t be at the service department but in the training department? Also, the peach smoothie was delicious! Friendly staff, promptly made, service with a smile.
