My experience with my Service Advisor Austin is always a delight and very informative. He is always very pleasant and always communicate with me of items that I need for my vehicle to prevent it from breaking down. I am a stickler in who I deal with when getting my vehicle serviced at West Hills Honda. In the Past I have dealt with terrible Service Advisors but since since Austin joined the team it has restored faith in my experience. Please make sure you keep Austin and hopefully promote because that young man is the future of Honda West Hills!

I was COMPLETELY satisfied with my experience with Brett. I am Completely UNSATISFIED with Honda Service over the past year. They have admitted complete fault and either given nothing but excused, or simply said that “this should have never happened like this”....
hmmmm...sad. All of this frustration over a years time. Total lies that have been told to me.... someone should be held accountable. There has been no integrity on the part of West Hills Honda. Shame on you.
