Austin was very nice and thoroughly explained what was going to be done. But I masked if they could please vacuum the floor mats because I don't have a vacuum and the ones at the car wash never work well. I live in tbe woods and my floors are littered with pine needles. He said," if course,it would be no problem." He walked me toward the car and when I got in the floors were still a mess and I was late for an appointment so I Didn't have time to ask if they could take it back and vacuum. I know tbis is not required at service appts But I really would have appreciated it. Everything else was fine.
